Liberia heads for second-round vote


Liberia will hold a run-off presidential vote as Nobel-winner Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has failed to win an outright majority in final results. She will go head-to-head with opposition leader Winston Tubman but both will be trying to do a deal with the surprise third-placed candidate -- former warlord Prince Johnson.
